Return & Refund Policy
We pride ourselves with providing only the best for our customers and each order is handmade at the time of purchase. Due to COVID-19 and our high regard for the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept exchanges or returns, all sales are final.
If for some reason your item arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs and offer an exchange within 7 days of your item(s) being delivered.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect size or color selected by the customer, etc. Sizing charts are available to make sure your item fits to your liking. If you have any further questions about sizing, please feel free to contact us and we will assist you in any way we can.
If an item is returned to Unstoppable Butterfly due to not being deliverable, (due to, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address you provide during order processing.
